Recipe for Making Tofu and Mushroom Pepes: Delicious and Healthy Indonesian Cuisine

  7. Coconut oil for greasing banana leaves

  1. 3 shallots
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 5 red chilies (adjust according to your spice preference)
  4. 2 cm turmeric
  5. 1 cm ginger
  6. 1 cm galangal
  7. Salt to taste
